Our Story

 Ms. Marcia has been with us for over 22 years. She spent her first couple years in the Newborn Room and then transitioned to being the Lead teacher in the Preschool Room. Ms. Marcia has been married for 38 years, has 2 daughters, 4 grandchildren, and 3 cats.

Ms. Paige has worked at Hundred Acre Woods for over 8 years and is the Lead teacher of the Baby 1 room. She has education in Early Childhood Development and a love & passion to care for children. Ms. Paige is married with 3 children & 2 grandchildren and in her free time she enjoys spending her time with friends and family.

Ms. Alyssa has worked at Hundred Acre Woods for over 12 years and is the Lead teacher in the School Age Room. She has 20 years of childcare experience and enjoys working with kids, being with her family, bowling, playing darts, and hanging out with friends.

  Ms. McKensey has over 10 years of childcare experience and has a great passion to care for kids. Ms. Mckensey loves animals and her spirit animal would probably be the energizer bunny. Her favorite holiday is Halloween and has over 10 favorite colors.

Ms. Willow has worked with children for over 8 years and spent a year doing social work before her daughter was born.

She has a double major in Family Studies and Early Childhood Development. In Ms. Willow spare time, she enjoys being outdoors, going on adventures or trips with friends & family, and doing crafts with her daughter.

 Ms. Ashley has an associate in Child Development and an bachelors in Early Childhood Development and has 12 years of experience in Childcare. Ms. Ashley is married with 2 children and enjoys camping and doing arts and crafts together.

Ms. Anna has an associates degree in Child Development and has been the AM/PM Assistant Preschool Teacher for 5 years. Ms. Anna has a love for animals (horses/dogs) and is married with a 5 year old son.

Ms. Diana has managed small & large businesses in the Food & Beverage industry for over 41 years. She has education in Food & Beverage Management and is Servsafe + Servsafe Allergens certified. She is a mom, wife, and grandmother that enjoys spending her free time with her animals and being outdoors.

 Ms. Eve  has an associates degree Art with an advanced certificate in Child Development. Ms. Eve has been with us for 4 years and her goal is to become a Child Psychologist.

Ms. Karleigh is a senior at Freeland High School will be attending college in the Fall. She has 2 sisters, 2 dogs, and loves summer and traveling. In her free time she enjoys watching movies, listening to music, and spending time with family.

Ms. Jordan is currently going to college to earn a bachelors degree in Elementary Education and has been working at Hundred Acre Woods for 4 years. Ms. Jordan enjoys spending time with her family and friends and has always had a passion to care for children.

Ms. Bailey has education in Childhood Development and is passionate about working with children. She has in worked with children the past 8 year and in her free time she enjoys reading, playing with her dog, and being out in nature.

Ms. Trisha has 6 years of Childcare experience and a son.  Ms. Trisha enjoys going on adventures with friends and spending time with family.

Ms. Mackenzie has a bachelors degree in Social Work. She has 10+years of childcare experience and 6 years of Social Work. Ms. Mackenzie is married with one daughter and she enjoys being outdoors, taking camping trips, and experiencing new adventures with family.

Ms. Emma is attending college to become a teacher. Ms. Emma enjoys running and ran track & cross country all 4 years of high school. She is also a huge fan of music, especially live music.

Ms. Laci  is attending college to pursue her passion.  Ms. Laci enjoys spending her free time reading and playing tennis.

Ms. Rachel  attended HAW as a kid and now has been working at Hundred Acre Woods for almost 5 years now. Ms. Rachel is attending college to become a teacher. She enjoys traveling, spending time with friends & family, and shopping.

Ms. Megan R. is currently going to college for Pediatric Occupational Therapy and has been working at Hundred Acre Woods for 2 years.   Ms. Megan loves being around kids and enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and wake surfing.

Ms. Tiffany has an Associates Degree of Arts and has worked with children for over 12 years. She is married with 2 children & 2 fur babies. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, golfing, or cricuting.

Ms. Tammy worked as a licensed CNA in the Medical Field for over 30 years. She is a mother to 3 and a Mimi to 1. She is a Jill of all trades.

Ms. Bella  attending Hundred Acre Woods as a child and is now working with us. She loves shopping, watching the sunset, and Dr. Pepper.

Ms. Avery  is going to college for her associates degree in Physical Education. She enjoys spending time with her dog, going on walks, hanging out with friends, shopping, and traveling with her family.

Ms. Shea  is attending college to pursue her passion and enjoys spending her free time with her family.

Ms. Katelyn is attending college to pursue her Degree in Elementary Special Education. Ms. Katelyn has a twin brother and enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She has had 4 years of childcare experience and her hobbies include working out and listening to music.

Ms. Mikhala is currently going to college to earn a Bachelors of Science in Nursing Degree. Ms. Mikhala enjoys traveling, shopping, and hanging out with friends.

Ms. Tara  has worked at Hundred Acre Woods for 3 years.  Ms. Tara is married and has 2 kids and a dog. In her free time she enjoys reading and drinking iced coffee.

Ms. Michaela is attending college for Occupational Therapy in pursuit to become a Pediatric OT. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and reading.

Ms. Makenna is currently going to college to pursue her passion. She enjoys art/drawing in her free time and has a dog and 3 cats.

Ms. Carrie has a business degree, is a certified Medical Assistant, and has CNA classes in Child Development. Ms. Carrie has 3 years of childcare experience, is a Nana to 8 grandkids, and in her free time she enjoys camping.

Ms. Riley wants to become a pediatric Nurse and her favorite color is Pink.

Mr. Doug has been a volunteer at Hundred Acre Woods for over 10 years. We are very lucky to have him and the kids always look forward to seeing Mr. Doug weekly.

Ms. Jamie has been a teacher for 35 years and has an Associates in Arts Degree and is certified in Child Development. She is a mother of 4 and a Gigi to 3 grandchildren. In her free time she enjoys to design + create, knit, and garden.

Ms. Alexis is on the Freeland Golf Team and in her free time she enjoys golfing, shopping, reading, and watching movies.

Ms. Liz has worked in childcare for 8 years and is currently going to college to pursue her passion. She loves to travel and in her free time she enjoys spending it with friends and family.

Ms. Kasey is going to college for Elementary Education and has worked with children for 5 years. In her free time she enjoys dancing, hunting with her dad, and going on road trips with her best friend.

Mr. Trey is going to college for a Bachelors in PE/Health and attended Hundred Acre Woods as a Child. Mr. Trey loves sports and enjoys playing hockey, football, soccer, baseball, and basketball.

Ms. Ava wants to pursue a career in architecture. She plays basketball, volleyball, and soccer and enjoys art and being creative.

Ms. Kaitlyn has been with us for almost 3 years and is currently attending college to pursue her passion. She enjoys shopping and spending time with her family.
